24-25 Development Evaluation VISTA - Flint, MI

All of Catholic Charities of Shiawassee and Genesee Counties' Development efforts, while not directly working with clients, directly relate to our programming. We are looking for a candidate to help implement a planned giving/legacy program as well as a donor stewardship program. In addition, we would like our candidate to also help streamline our process for capturing in-kind donations and volunteer coordination. Lastly, we always need funding to provide and sustain essential services which require grant funding, so our candidate will assist with that process. We anticipate that the workload would be split approximately 60% Fund Development and 40% In-kind/Volunteer Coordinating. This VISTA position is a part of Catholic Charities USA’s Family Strengthening Program, a national intermediary project. As a member, you will meet virtually with VISTA Leaders and other VISTAs serving throughout the country, all focused on alleviating poverty.
