Member Duties : VISTA member will work closely with our organization to enhance organizational stability. This will involve developing and implementing strategies to strengthen internal processes, improve financial management practices, and enhance staff capacity. The VISTA member will also play a key role in increasing community awareness of our organizations and their services including the Loan Closet to Full Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and the Community Mental Health Center. Our VISTA will work closely with our team to assess community needs, research grants and funding partners to assist in the expansion of services through the Loan Closet and Community Mental Health Center, and assess policies against national standards to ensure federal compliance and cohesion with the organization’s mission.
