As a dynamic team of professionals with a passion for educational equity, Breakthrough Miami staff are dedicated to helping motivated students from under-resourced communities fulfill their promise and reach their full potential as the architects of our future. We also foster new experiences and pathways for young people to enter the education sector. Breakthrough Miami serves more than 1,500 Scholars in 5th through 12th grade and supports 140 Teaching Fellows at seven sites. Breakthrough Miami's evidence-based "students-teaching-students" model empowers our Scholars with peer networks, high-rigor academics, and extra-curricular enrichment; preparing them to enter and thrive in college-prep high school programs and four-year colleges and universities, while also creating transformative learning and development opportunities for Teaching Fellows.

Member Duties : In collaboration with the CSO, develop standardized templates & protocols for collecting updated contact information & comprehensive Breakthrough Miami history from alumni. Assist in the implementation of training sessions, & the creation of training materials to educate staff & volunteers on the new data collection methods/tools. Work with the CSO & Salesforce Team to upgrade the Salesforce database to effectively store & analyze collected alumni data. Partnering with the CSO, implement regular data audits to maintain data integrity & identify areas for improvement. Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, gaps, & opportunities for enhancing alumni support programs & services, & provide reports/recommendations to the CSO. Partner with the CSO to develop a comprehensive communications plan outlining strategies for reaching & engaging alumni through various channels, such as email, social media, & alumni events. Create targeted outreach campaigns to re-engage alumni.
