Member Duties : Gain valuable experience and impact your community by helping to grow both Chippewa County 4-H and youth organizations and partners! Hep build relationships with youth organizations; seeing what is offered and what COULD be offered, participating in meetings to learn more about Chippewa County or developing and delivering programming to meet identified needs, make an impact on the lives of youth and reach new, more and different youth with high quality programming! Along the way, you will build your skills, including recruitment and retention of youth and volunteers, curriculum review, development and teaching practice, youth development skills and even evaluation. Are you organized, self driven, able to work with and value cultural differences, a good communicator, and comfortable with technology? Can you serve during the day and occasional evenings and weekends as needed? Come serve with Wisconsin 4-H in Chippewa County!
