| Member Duties : The IAFCC VISTA Leader will continue the momentum of previous VISTA Leaders by matchmaking prospective VISTAs to capacity-building projects at our member sites. The Leader will develop human resource skills as they support VISTAs through every step of their service year, including onboarding, orientation, member support, professional development, and offboarding. The Leader will be a creative and assertive recruiter, bringing in new VISTAs, host sites, and supervisors. As an advocate, they will engage in activities and practices that bring out the best in our VISTAs so they are able to serve our member-clinics to the best of their ability. The VISTA Leader will also focus on improving data collection and implementation for the IAFCC VISTA program.
