Member Duties : At BOLT, we’re seeing a huge impact with our programs. For our youth participants, we’ve seen, on average, a 16% increase in public speaking confidence and 10% increase in believing they have the power to bring change to their community.
Your responsibility is to (1) create operating manuals for our youth program model, making it easy to onboard new youth educators, facilitators, and peer coaches, as well as ensure all staff understand program expectations (2) standardize our curriculum and ensure it aligns with Common Core Standards. Your impact would be to ensure more public school students in Philadelphia receive access to resources, network, and knowledge to expand their leadership journeys.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an early-stage nonprofit and make an impact. You will have the opportunity to work with the Philadelphia School District and dozens of community leaders in the city. Check out our Instagram to view our work in action: @phillybolt
