***Rundlett Middle School Program - Concord, NH

Beyond being the capital of New Hampshire, Concord’s revitalized downtown showcases its rich culture and arts scene. Surrounded by charming small towns, hiking trails, skiing resorts, and lakes, and located just an hour from Boston, Concord offers something for everyone. The Concord School District is committed to building a System of Care to support youth and families across the city. Many Granite State youth have been impacted by trauma and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), which can negatively affect long-term success, health, and functioning. The good news is that the impacts of ACEs can be counteracted by introducing stability and positive relationships. Utilizing a Multi-Tiered System of Support, Concord School District focuses on universal supports, early and intensive intervention, and coordinating with community partners to create sustainable systems of care. As a Student Engagement Specialist, you will develop effective strategies tailored to student needs, interests, and abilities, and help families prepare to meet their children's needs. You will learn and utilize the Check and Connect and Check In – Check Out interventions to support students struggling with school attendance or at risk of school failure. Working closely with intervention teams, you will support the mental health and well-being of the whole child within Rundlett Middle School, increasing students’ resiliency, social and emotional skills, and self-sufficiency. Additionally, you will participate in teams such as the Wellness Team and District Wellness Committee, assisting with community organizing activities that promote student wellness. If you possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to professional growth, apply today to become a vital part of our team and help create a positive, impactful learning environment!
