Corporate Gifts Coordinator
 
 
 
Corporate Gifts Fundraising and Capacity Building - Identify corporations with an interest and ability to donate to NCAC. - Build capacity for greater corporate gift development by data mining, researching, and prospecting potential corporate contacts. - Assist in the management of a vetted portfolio of corporate donors. - Establish a personal relationship with the proper contacts. - Collaborate with the Grants Manager on corporate foundation opportunities. - Work closely with the Corporate Gifts Manager and other Development Department staff to plan and coordinate engagement and solicitation activities for the corporate portfolio. - Solicit corporate donors for an appropriate amount with supervision from the Corporate Gifts Manager. - Maintain the confidentiality of all donor information and donor-related correspondence, conversations, or issues in the department. Development Project Management - Enter donor data for assigned prospects, including donor contact, gift, communication, and planning information, into Interchange, the mandated donor management system. - Maintain an effective working relationship with the Office of Development, particularly the Corporate Gifts Manager, by sharing information that may enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the area command fundraising efforts. - Support new and ongoing initiatives within the Development Department. - Coordinate internal resources and third parties to execute various development-related tasks. - Develop project plans for internal and external events, initiatives, programs, etc. - Track project performance and update the Corporate Gifts Manager as necessary. - Serve as a resource and support for the Corporate Gifts Manager as needed. - Respond to inquiries and communications promptly, professionally, and appropriately. - Provide status reports as requested.

Member Duties : Corporate Donor Stewardship - Ensure donors are updated in the donor database. - Ensure all acknowledgment plans are fulfilled. - Ensure donors are thanked properly. - Ensure donors are aware of what NCAC is doing within the community, separate from planned solicitations.
