| Member Duties : VISTA will work closely with Director of Training and Development to increase the capacity of the department through assessing current training and development scope and sequence, crafting a comprehensive list of potential improvements and skill tracks that should be developed for staff and AmeriCorps members, and work with team to craft training resources.
