| Member Duties : The Research VISTA helps the Office of Innovation and Strategic Initiatives (OISI) accelerate the progress of research, applying lessons learned, and ultimately advancing economic opportunity and self-sufficiency for Virginians struggling with poverty through the deployment of pilot alternative approaches to delivering social services. Using their research skills, the VISTA will pull data and participate in user interviews to evaluate and score potential innovation projects, communicating their recommendations with leadership.
