| Member Duties : The Outreach VISTA will help Grounds Krewe develop working relationships with festivals and Mardi Gras parade organizers in order to reduce the amount waste produced at their events and improve their environmental impact. These efforts will rely on the maintenance of existing and new partnerships with local volunteers groups, low income workforces and small businesses who offer services and products used to prevent and mitigate disposable, landfill bound trash. Additionally, the Outreach VISTA will help develop, track and report on the performance, deficiencies and success of programs offered by Grounds Krewe to event planners and event attendees.
