Member Duties : The VISTA member will fight poverty by increasing efficiency tremendously and enhance our overall capabilities of Mobile Case Management in the field. To achieve this goal, the VISTA member will primarily focus on developing and strengthening existing systems within our Mobile Case Management Department. Developing best practices and ensuring compliance with our CoC and our Grantors. The secondary focus will be on creating and documenting Standard Operating Procedures for those departments. The outcome will position our organization for growth and sustainability moving into the future impacting homelessness across the region.
