| Member Duties : The Quality Improvement Specialist VISTA member will build the capacity of Affinia Healthcare by collecting and using data to complete root cause analysis and implement change in an identified processes both within the organization & for community event-based services. Responsibilities include oversight and direct participation in the creation, training, collecting, compilation, documentation using Lean Tools, and analyzing data. This will be used to produce reports that ‘tell the story’ from which opportunities for improvement, intervention, and educational activities are identified.
