| Member Duties : The Family Medicine Residency Program Development VISTA member will build the capacity of Affinia Healthcare by developing training and recruitment materials for the emerging residency program. As a result of the VISTA member’s service, they will help develop and improve the sustainability of the residency program, thus providing future healthcare providers the opportunity to serve the community as a Family Medicine Resident at Affinia Healthcare.
