Hidden Halos Program Development VISTA
The VISTA Program Development assignment will support the nonprofit organization in building its capacity to develop and enhance programs and systems that align with its mission. The assignment aims to strengthen the organization's programmatic effectiveness, expand its funding sources, and increase its engagement with donors and the community. Additionally, the assignment seeks to drive a strong social media presence to raise awareness and promote the organization's mission.

Member Duties : Lead collaboration with the program and operations teams to identify areas for program development and improvement. Manage donor portfolios, cultivating relationships with individuals, foundations, and corporations. Implement donor relations strategies, including personalized communication and recognition efforts. Lead collaboration with the communications team to align social media efforts with broader marketing and communication goals.
