Mission:STL- Criminal Justice Ministry Data and Impact VISTA
 
 
 
Since 1979, Criminal Justice Ministry (CJM) has served individuals, families, and communities impacted by the criminal justice system. From offering services to incarcerated individuals to providing reentry programs for those returning to the St. Louis area, CJM seeks to serve the needs of the most vulnerable without judgment. CJM provides programs to individuals both inside area institutions and throughout the St. Louis community. CJM envisions a future for those impacted by incarceration where their relationships and communities are safe and supportive, incarceration is minimized, and recidivism is eliminated.

Member Duties : The CJM Data & Impact VISTA will help CJM better collect, organize, and communicate the data behind our work. This role will strengthen client data collection, reporting systems, and impact measurement tools to improve our ability to track progress, demonstrate outcomes, secure grant funding, and make data-informed decisions. By strengthening how we track client progress and tell the story of our impact, this role will directly support CJM’s ability to expand housing and reentry services for justice-involved individuals returning home.
