Engagement Support Coach

NW Regional ESD is Oregon's largest Education Service District and we provide social, emotional, learning schools, supports for Special Education students, and early childhood services. Our district seeks to actively incorporate processes against racism. Staff are engaged and supported to seek understanding of how racial ideology is manufactured and how it impacts the lived experiences of people we serve daily. This project will provide NWRESD with a strong foundation to improve our service to students, educators, child care providers and families, while communicating success and areas for growth and improvement to staff.
