Member Duties : DUTIES
--The mental health outreach specialist works to promote and protect mental health in the community through education about resources and programs that promote mental wellbeing.
--Create safe space for open community or one-on-one- dialogs about mental health to take place
--Educate the community about warning signs and symptoms of mental illness
--Facilitate mental health awareness community events
--Create mental health awareness material
--Compile mental health resource lists for community
--Share strategies and tools for addressing mental health stressors
