Member Duties : The VISTA will research and build relationships with stakeholders in Maryland, including corporations, work-based learning programs within school districts, and workforce development programs. The VISTA will become versed in mentoring best practices, specific to workplace mentoring (EEPM5, CFG), to build MENTOR MD|DC internal capacity. The VISTA will increase participation of workplace mentoring programs in the Mentoring Connector Database.
