ReDefiners Community Engagement VISTA
 
 
 
Outreach: We are looking for two (2) Community Engagement VISTA Members (outreach), who will be an essential part in increasing awareness of educational programs at ReDefiners. VISTA members will help develop and implement strategies for recruitment of new members, engagement and enrollment among participants, volunteers and community partners.

Member Duties : -Conduct SWOT analysis of current procedures and policies to inform outreach strategies -Make recommendations to improve outreach efforts by engaging with the --Community & cultivating community relationships -Support the design of recruitment strategies for volunteers, engagement and retention strategies -Participate in events on an as-needed basis and be a champion of RWL -Make calls to community members and inform them of the programs and services ReDefiners is offering, to inform operations manual development -Provide ongoing support to improve our Salesforce data collection and better utilize it to strengthen our community efforts -Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that will engage the community
