ReDefiners Community Support VISTA
 
 
 
Community: The Community Support VISTA Member will be a key player in increasing awareness and enrollment in ReDefiners' educational programs. Additionally, they will develop and implement strategies to recruit new members, engage participants, and enroll volunteers and community partners. They will also provide ongoing support to improve our Salesforce data collection, customer service team, and overall satisfaction with the community.

Member Duties : -Conduct SWOT analysis of current procedures and policies to strengthen office procedures -Make recommendations to improve and streamline processes within operations -Participate in training to guide our customer service team and improve our overall satisfaction with the community -Participate in events on an as-needed basis and be a champion of RWL -Provide ongoing support to improve our Salesforce data collection and better utilize it to strengthen our community efforts.
