ReDefiners Development VISTA
The Development VISTA Member will be an essential part in increasing awareness of educational programs at RWL. VISTA members will help develop and implement strategies for recruitment of new members, engagement and enrollment among participants, volunteers and community partners.

Member Duties : -Assist in the development of a donor recruitment plan -support ongoing fundraising efforts, such as event planning, donor calls, writing and editing proposals - Research funding opportunities - Support the creation of donor retention strategies - Collaborate with the Marketing Team to design campaigns and marketing materials for donor recruitment and retention - Provide ongoing support to improve our Salesforce data collection and better utilize it to strengthen our community efforts - Attend events on a needed basis to increase awareness and engagement in the community.
