Blue Krewe NOLA Outreach Coordinator VISTA
 
 
 
HOUSING IS PROVIDED. The VISTA Member will be part of a cohort sponsored by Tulane University's Center for Public Service (CPS) in partnership with non-profit organizations serving the New Orleans community. VISTA members work in high-impact, capacity-building roles at these partner nonprofits, completing a variety of activities to improve their partner site's anti-poverty programs. This VISTA position works with Blue Krewe and the VISTA member will work to identify, initiate, and nurture community partnerships that increase access to healthy and affordable active transportation, especially among groups who may not have previously used bike share.

Member Duties : The VISTA member will identify, initiate, and nurture community partnerships that increase access to healthy and affordable active transportation, especially among groups who may not have previously used bike share. The overall goal is to increase use of the system by benefits eligible residents and decrease the cost burden of transportation on low-income residents.
