The Language Access Coordinator manages and develops language resources to ensure that communications efforts address language barriers and reach the linguistically and culturally diverse neighborhoods across the city. The VISTA will support the Language Access Coordinator by improving delivery of language services, develop volunteer language bank, and develop and launch a Language Access dashboard.
