Young Adult Programs VISTA

As the Young Adult Programs VISTA, you will work on participant outreach, engagement and retention efforts, relationship-building with relevant parties, communications and program promotion. Your work will directly strengthen the quality of Step Up's youth development practice and ensure its programming supports young adults to thrive. You're a great fit if you have a passion for mentorship and issues pertaining to women and girls. The successful candidate will be organized, empathetic, and professional and have experience in data science and/or research. They think strategically and translate plans into action. Excellent written/verbal communication skills and experience with Microsoft Suite + Salesforce a plus!
