VOLUNTEER LIAISON VISTA member will assist with recruitment, development, and coordinating volunteer partnerships to build stronger organizational capacity. Volunteers are the heart of our mission, every volunteer is special and priceless, without them we cannot make an impact. A Volunteer Liaison will create quarterly team-building events to celebrate, inspire and encourage volunteers as well as make them aware of new service projects and how they can assist in growing the Community of Hearts organization. A Volunteer Liaison will assist in building out our volunteer profiles, replacing accurate contact information in a robust updated CRM system, and create volunteer assessments related to performed activities. Perform execution of an adopted gold standard for volunteer onboarding, help create volunteer training manuals, events volunteer job descriptions and other policies that affect our volunteers.
