Resource Development VISTA-VT: CORI VISTA Program 23/24

The CORI VISTA Program is designed to build the capacity of our community partners, develop inclusive tech skilling programs, and cultivate locally supported career pathways to drive tech employment for low-income, underemployed, and unemployed rural residents. Through capacity building, the CORI VISTA Program will position each host-site community to more effectively empower economically disadvantaged rural residents to start future-proof and good-paying tech careers, including through expanded tech skilling partnerships, wrap-around services, and career pathways that align employer needs with local tech skilling efforts. The CORI VISTA Program will also contribute to the development of models and best practices for developing tech skilling programs in rural areas that can scale across all the communities where CORI works and beyond.
