BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS OF PUERTO RICO. AmeriCorps VISTA's members will be able to support and improve the organization's quality of service, create new staff inductions and training in poverty issues, create new communication tools, and improve organizational capacity, efficiency, and programmatic linkages. Develop Statistical Models and Reports: Identify Operational hazards and risks using in-depth data analysis. In conjunction with the subject specialists produce regular Operations safety performance reports.

Member Duties : Gather information related to the risk behavior and daily incidents in the clubs within the Operational crew to enforce the organizational policies and guarantee the safety of the clubs. Implement a safety educational module to be in place across the organization
