Member Duties : Establish new models to raise unrestricted funds.: Plan and Coordinate VOT participation in Fall GiveBIG Fundraising Campaign, Sept- Dec 2023: GiveBIG is a statewide fundraising campaign hosted by 501 Commons. It provides a platform for fundraising while organizations reach out to potential donors. Write and distribute fundraising communications to the public via social media. This will be a new avenue for fundraising for us. Establish new models to secure event sponsorships and in-kind donations.: Develop strong systems to document sponsor primary contact relationship communications, track sponsorship/in-kind requests and outcomes, and ensure sponsors and donors are thanked. Establish new systems, marketing materials, and relationships for volunteer recruitment. Evaluate existing volunteer recruitment activities and systems; find what’s working and gaps. Establish new systems to manage, coordinate, and train volunteers and
document in-kind contributions.
