| Member Duties : The overall goal of the PHENND Fellow VISTA is to close the loop on our programs through practice-informed research and research-informed practice by creating systems for outcome assessment, comparing to nationwide models, and understanding the overall efficacy of our work. Specifically, the VISTA will: 1) Research 3-5 models that gauge program effectiveness in the anti-hunger movement; 2) engage with our guest population utilizing research methods; 3) submit grant applications that focus on impact.
