Member Duties : Gather feedback from diverse constituencies to learn about what DB means to them and how DB can best serve the communities in which we work. Evaluate gap areas of unreached audiences and strategize ways to connect and engage. Monitor DB marketing materials to ensure accessibility to all audiences. Coordinate and compose content for monthly newsletters or eblasts from draft to send and establish the newsletter as a fun and dynamic space for disseminating information about DB programs and community and partner events. Ensure marketing timelines and deliverables are well-coordinated across departments and on time. Assist with media buys, ad placement and negotiations for media sponsorships for events and programs. Work with contracted consultants to ensure messaging and marketing assets are aligned across platforms. Write marketing materials and other forms of media outreach. Collaborate with DB’s Neighborhoods team to ensure timely content.
