The Bridge of Storm Lake Youth Space Developer, Seed Co
 
 
 
The Bridge of Storm Lake is a positive youth development organization that strives to care and advocate for youth in vulnerable places of life. After receiving feedback from youth surveys, we have developed a multipurpose space for youth programs. The VISTA will lay the foundation for the educational arm of this project to maximize the space to improve the lives of the students in our community. This project is part of the Community Corps VISTA Program, operated by Seed Coalition (formerly Iowa & Minnesota Campus Compact). The program strives to eliminate poverty through campus-community partnerships by placing capacity building support in nonprofit organizations and higher education institutions. ***Please also send cover letter and resume to supervisor. Interviews will occur on a rolling basis. Preference given to candidates who apply early.***

Member Duties : Design Youth and Adult Timeline for community and youth educational opportunities, implement FAFSA Assistance Plan to provide resources and training for volunteers, generate ideas on how to maximize space to implement over years, and create training programs for volunteers in the new Endless Sea Café.
