Member Duties : The VISTA member will aid the efforts of the Development Department, which work to increase financial support to and public awareness of Flance Early Learning Center. The Development Specialist VISTA will assist in tasks that support the development, marketing, events, and volunteer needs of the center. Tasks include building operational capacity for donor/volunteer data management and tracking, mailing distributions, special events, and communication channels. This VISTA will be integral to expanding Flance’s development efforts by enhancing processes that aid stewardship and a fundraising to better support Flance’s mission to empower children, families, and community in North St. Louis City.
