| Member Duties : The VISTA will work with MICA's Open Studies Office to define and deploy a plan to expand MICA's peer-to-peer mentoring agenda in support of the ADCAP student success. The VISTA will engage current MICA undergraduates who completed the ADCAP program in a mentorship relationship with current ADCAP students. Work related to the mentorship program will include defining outcomes, establishing planning timelines and a calendar of annual activities, identifying internal MICA partners, and articulating policies, procedures, and systems that support MICA's expansion of the mentorship agenda associated with the ADCAP program.
