Grants Coordinator VISTA

**UWKC AmeriCorps members must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to the first day of service.** Expand free legal aid services with increased capacity and efficiency to generate grant revenue. The VISTA will improve internal collaboration, establish effective processes for coordinated grant management, identify grant opportunities, and create content for grant proposals resulting in overall increased revenue and capacity to deliver services. Northwest Justice Project fights poverty by providing free legal advice and representation for low-income persons to assert legal protections for basic needs such as housing, income, and safety. We engage with impoverished communities to identify needs, set strategic priorities, and use every legal tool possible to help end the exploitation and abuse of low-income persons and break the cycle of poverty.
