Summer Food Justice Associate- City Fresh

City Fresh is a farm box program that brings fresh produce from local farmers to low access neighborhoods in Cuyahoga and Lorain counties. Our nonprofit program is a direct response to the lack of available fresh and local produce in urban and peri-urban neighborhoods. We uniquely focus on ensuring that low-income individuals and families are able to access fresh produce by offering tiered pricing and accepting nutrition incentives such as SNAP/EBT. We work directly with small local farmers to create a more resilient local food system.
