| Member Duties : The VISTA will identify current research on the health, wellness, and employer benefits of volunteering. The VISTA will develop resources and messaging to help build the case for volunteering and employer supported volunteering, and for the promotion of Volunteer Iowa's statewide volunteer database, Get Connected. The VISTA will work to ensure the accuracy and accessibility of Get Connected. The VISTA will also create and improve resources provided to volunteer management professionals in Central Iowa, including web and digital media updates, compiling contact lists, and creating an outreach plan.
Open to in-person or teleservice, but the VISTA must reside in the state of Iowa or within 25 miles of the state.
