SNAP Outreach Project Coordinator-West Ohio FB

West Ohio Food Bank (WOFB) is the largest distribution center located in West Central Ohio receiving and distributing donated, surplus, state and federal foods that are provided throughout its 11-county service area. Our vision is: Ending Hunger Together which is what we work towards with our community partners. Clients are able to receive food through direct distributions provided by WOFB or from one of our partner agencies located within their area. Currently, WOFB has more than 100 partner agencies. Programs that are provided by WOFB include: the SNACKPACK program, Filling the Gap (police department & children's service agency within Allen County), Green RX, WOFB community distributions, Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), on-site emergency pantry, partner agency emergency pantries, meal sites, shelters, and school pantries. Each of these programs and organizations provide not only food, but other resources that are vital to the well-being of those we serve. Our focus is on providing nutritional food that will improve the health outcomes of our clientele along with resources that assist with their well-being.
