Eco3.23 Summer DCGP Land Stewardship VISTA

We are seeking an individual to assist the Duluth Community Garden Program's Land Stewardship Coordinator in caring for our 21 community gardens this summer, from soil building projects to invasive species management, establishing pollinator gardens, and maintaining garden infrastructure. Growing experience and basic carpentry skills are a plus, but not required, as long as you have the passion and interest in learning. The majority of the time spent in this position will be in the field, so the ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather is important. The position would start in May (exact date is flexible), and the position can be 8-weeks, 9-weeks, or 10-weeks in duration, depending on your start date.
