Member Duties : *Applicant will need to provide Covid-19 vaccine documentation*
This is a Year 1 program focused on connecting a variety of programs related to food security and housing with innovative employment and volunteer opportunities. The VISTA will be determining the capacity for job training programs in conjunction with the efforts of BluePrint's existing programs and the work of the Geneva2030 cradle-to-career areas of focus. The VISTA will recruit and train volunteers, connect with community organizations to enhance partnerships, and will work to enhance social media for promoting projects and recruiting volunteers and participants. There is an expectation that the VISTA will be comfortable interacting with a variety of stakeholders--individuals and organizations--to plan a program implementation strategy including recruitment, training, scheduling, and evaluation and get community partner buy-in for launching said program.
