Member Duties : The Big Futures program include quarterly newsletters, workshops, and match support. The VISTA's main focus areas include enhancing communications, supporting events, and/or strengthening relationships and building partnerships. The overall goal we expect to reach within the three-year cycle is an increase in services offered and youth served, developing a more streamlined way to communicate with our community and track progress, and increasing youth voice and engagement.
Specific duties could include: collecting and tracking feedback/data, market research, resource identification and sharing in new ways, social media management, partner research, and developing new ways to engage youth, increase student voice and connect to opportunities.
You will love it here if you 1) set the bar high 2) are intentional and thoughtful 3) collaborate as a means to community solutions 4) are positive, can-do, and solution-oriented 5) embrace JEDI, and 6) are accountable and get it done.
