Center for Employment Opportunities (Training Support)
The Center for Employment Opportunities AmeriCorps VISTA Member will be responsible for developing and implementing new resource development, partnership cultivation, and program improvement/innovation strategies to support the larger organization (which aims to provide job placement services to formerly incarcerated individuals). Service Setting: This role will be served entirely in a virtual setting, selected candidates must reside within 50 miles of a CEO office. Living allowance will be determined by the county of service – as determined by the nearest office to the candidate’s location. Relocation assistance will not be provided.

Member Duties : The VISTA supporting the training support function will work with several teams to support the learning and growth of CEO staff and participants alike. Priorities will include analyze of skill gaps, training material creation, and program integrity for internal and external training pathways. This role requires: strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of data analysis techniques. Proficiency in Google Sites, Google Sheets, and Canva are a big plus.
