The Center for Employment Opportunities AmeriCorps VISTA Member will be responsible for developing and implementing new resource development, partnership cultivation, and program improvement/innovation strategies to support the larger organization (which aims to provide job placement services to formerly incarcerated individuals). Service Setting: This role will be served entirely in a virtual setting, selected candidates must reside within 50 miles of a CEO office. Living allowance will be determined by the county of service – as determined by the nearest office to the candidate’s location. Relocation assistance will not be provided.

Member Duties : The VISTA serving the Social Enterprise team will be responsible for supporting best practices in workforce development on a local and national level. This role requires: strong initiative, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a talent for problem-solving. Proficiency in Google Sites, Google Sheets, and Canva are a big plus.
