Resources Development and Accountability Associate
The resources development and accountability VISTA member serves, first, to engage small farmers on resource planning to enhance anti-poverty efforts of FB. Secondly, the Vista member will provide entrepreneurial financial coaching to small farmers. Thirdly, the Vista member will seek to craft reports that meet the compliance standards of various funders and donors.

Member Duties : Vista Member will assist on: • Reviewing account histories, identify strategic needs, and develop strategies to meet business goals of small farmers (20%) • Researching and exploring partnership opportunities for small farmers (5%) • Providing customer service to FB partners and volunteers (15%) • Supporting development managers as needed (35%) • Helping to organize events (5%) • Gathering account information such as volunteer contact information for proper data entry and tracking (20%) • Other projects as assigned
