| Member Duties : The VISTA member will assist in disrupting the cycle of poverty in the lowest-income areas of Dallas by increasing the funds necessary to support the delivery of the training program. The VISTA member will develop policies and procedures, identify the program's financial needs, and write grants to attain funds to support the programs for GCD. The VISTA member will develop a system to track grant funds, as well as develop and prepare monthly reports that capture all grant activity.
