| Member Duties : Coordinator will create a spreadsheet of volunteer
recruitment activities that includes a related timetable, associated costs, supplies needed, and the person responsible for implementation. Coordinator will review existing recruitment materials and
activities. Coordinator will review community event calendars for event opportunities to recruit volunteers. Coordinator will serve on an internal cross-departmental work group that will support the creation and implementation of a Volunteer Advocate Recruitment Plan. Coordinator will research costs for marketing materials (printing, advertising, design) and include the research in the Recruitment Plan. Coordinator will assess current inventory of supplies and price-out the cost of new
supplies needed to implement a Recruitment Plan. Coordinator will seek approval of the Recruitment Plan by the Assistant Director and the Director of Development and Marketing.
