PSP VISTA: USU Student Nutrition Access Center (SNAC)
The goal is to build capacity at and ensure the sustainability of the USU Student Nutrition Access Center (SNAC) by increasing and deepening partnerships, promoting programs, assisting with fundraising, and supporting volunteer-coordination efforts. All AmeriCorps VISTA positions are full-time hours for one calendar year, as mandated by the Corporation for National and Community Service. Successful completion of a one-year service term qualifies all VISTA members for either an education award of $6895 or a cash stipend of $1800 (direct deposit). The pay, a living stipend, is $1901 per month.

Member Duties : Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: - Build the capacity of the SNAC pantry through partnership development - Ensure the sustainability of the SNAC pantry through Fundraising & Promotion - Develop and implement a strategy to recruit student volunteers - Develop and implement processes and materials for training, supporting, and providing guidance to student volunteers
