Youth Development Coordinator -- More Than Words
 
 
 
The Youth Development Coordinator will increase the capacity of More Than Words’ Youth Development Department by building systems to improve programing and trainings young adults attend while employed at More Than Words. The Coordinator will learn and facilitate Restorative Circles and motivational interviewing with young adult and professional staff to implement these therapeutic practices into programing and problem solving at More Than Words. This is an in-person role and More Than Words has a COVID-19 vaccination policy in place that requires all staff and service members be full vaccinated and boosted, when eligible, against the virus. Individuals who are not vaccinated due to a sincerely held religious belief, medical reasons, or other legally protected reason are able to apply and be considered for an exemption to this requirement.

Member Duties : The Youth Development Coordinator will continue to improve systems for efforts and outcomes; build systems and resources to support youth education, and; increase capacity of the MTW youth development department.
