Andy Roddick Foundation Donation Systems VISTA (Austin)
 
 
 
The City of Austin AmeriCorps VISTA Program works with City departments and local nonprofits to build capacity, in order to provide resources and services to the Austin neighborhoods and communities that may otherwise be left behind by Austin's historic disparities and future growth. The AmeriCorps Members serving with the City of Austin AmeriCorps VISTA Program work in such diverse fields as education, health, waste reduction, and housing to cover the myriad ways poverty affects these neighborhoods and communities.

Member Duties : Refine existing Andy Roddick Foundation donor retention systems and develop new ones. Research donor retention systems at similar nonprofit organizations. Develop and refine donor stewardship policies and metrics in order to improve the Foundation’s donor retention rate. Develop, refine, and implement policies to improve donor retention by using the Foundation’s donor database, Raiser’s Edge. Create a new system of organization to make donor data more readily available. Develop donor tiers and create a system that assigns Foundation staff action items in Raiser’s Edge. Increase fundraising prospects for the Andy Roddick Foundation. Research corporate giving programs and individual philanthropy. Research fundraising events at similar nonprofit organizations. Research grants available to Andy Roddick Foundation. Create a database of potential partnerships and opportunities, including potential opportunities for existing partners to increase their financial contributions.
