Providing the tools, resources and materials for the resident-led projects. -Partner with local organizations to support community projects (Landscaping, Blight Clean up, Painting) with our Mobile Community Maker. -Engage residents with Warehouse Workshops where residents have access to learn how to perform their own home preservation repairs. -Emphasize affordable, sustainable, and meaningful home preservation projects for low-income families in predominantly Black neighborhoods; and -Provide assistance in the completion of clean-ups, home painting, and beautification projects. It is our priority to implement interventions that result in meaningful and measurable gains in stabilizing our targeted areas Mid City and North Baton Rouge low- to moderate-income households, seniors, disabled residents.
